Kamal Fabiani and Harish Fabiani, the Group Directors bring with them a collective investment experience of over 40 years. They have the rich knowledge in investment portfolios spanning diverse geographies, currencies, asset classes and instruments. Their strategic investments also include private and market equity, structured finance and real estate.

S. Salai Kumaran, the Director is key to the strategic alliances developed with bankers, architects, contractors and development partners. Involved in all major infrastructure projects in Chennai, Salai exhibits a great calibre in conceptualization and management of real estate projects. His previous experience include 8 years with a leading Industrial Financial Institution and 8 years as Finance Controller at Tidel Park, Chennai. His qualifications include ICWA, ACS, CAIIB, and BL.

G.S.Shekhar, the Group Controller of Accounts, Audit, and Compliance is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, legal compliance, and direct & indirect taxation. His qualifications include FCA and ACS.

Sameer Begrajka is the Fund Advisor at India Land. A qualified CFA, Sameer has an MBA in Finance and Investments from Wharton school of Business. He holds a Bachelors of Engineering (Electrical) from VJTI, Mumbai.

B. Ravi is the Head of Engineering at India Land. His previous stint includes over 26 years of experience in India and abroad with organizations such as CBRE, Ford India, and Bahwan Engineering (UAE). He has the domain exposure to EPCM contracts in IT Parks, Power, Automobile and Utility sector. His qualifications include B. Tech - Mechanical from MIT Chennai, and AMIE (Electrical Engineering) from Madras University.

Satarupa Banerjee is the Legal Advisor with over 11 years of experience. This includes 7 years as an independent legal practitioner in matters pertaining to real estate, consumer redressal and commercial contracts. She is currently an Advocate registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. Her qualifications include LLB from Govt. Law College Mumbai (2000) and a Masters in Science from Banaras Hindu University.
