The IT, ITES and Electronic Industries SEZ spread over 600 acres is located in Madurantakam Taluk close to GST Road about 65 kms south of Chennai City.

The SEZ is accessible from Chennai city and Chennai Airport through road (NH - 45 or GST Road) and rail, the nearest railhead being Karunguzhi station on the Chennai - Villupuram Section.

The Coimbatore project is a joint venture between India Land And Properties and KG Information Systems Limited (KGISL). The proposed IT Park of 1.9 Million sq.ft will be located in the Special Economic Zone in Saravanampatti Village in Coimbatore.
