• Glass solar factor and U-Values selected to minimize solar gain and to reduce air-conditioning loads
• Façade glass covered with ceramic fritting to minimize solar gain with minimum effect on glass transparency
• Majority of services are located in the southern side of the building to reduce south solar gain and air-conditioning energy and no services planned in the northern side for optimum utilization natural light
• Laminated DGU with third glass to reduce the risk of risk of glass falling in case of breakage - “similar to wind screen of four wheelers”
• The laminated DGU also improves the office acoustics.
